Beauty, culture and community education came together in Dublin during the first Miss & Mrs Cross Continent pageant.
Held at the Church of Scientology & Community Centre in Dublin, the gathering featured 24 contestants from seven different nations and an audience of about 450 people.
Organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd. and sponsored by Broccoli Care Ltd., the programme was developed in collaboration with The Truth About Drugs Ireland.
Before taking part in the stage programme, contestants and visitors toured Ireland a Truth About Drugs exhibition and learned about the effects of commonly abused substances. Some participants completed all fourteen educational modules, demonstrating that their preparation went beyond the traditional pageant format.
Cllr. Francis Timmons, Mayor of South Dublin, spoke during the programme about the importance of bringing communities together through education.
The pageant was accompanied by a diverse cultural programme featuring dancers from several community organisations.
Software engineer Niveditha Vudayagiri received the Miss Cross Continent 2026 title at the conclusion of the programme. Fortunate Lindokuhle Masina was named first runner-up, while Yuki Yuliatin became second runner-up.
The gathering connected beauty and cultural pride with leadership, informed choices and community involvement. More information is available in the full report on the Miss & Mrs Cross Continent event in Dublin.
